Use of Service

• You are responsible for the content you add (notes, expenses).
• Do not use Moninote for illegal activities or to store illegal content.
• We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Subscriptions & Billing

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
• Cancel anytime; you will retain access until the end of the billing period.
• Introductory pricing may change during beta; we will provide notice.

Liability

Moninote is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages.
